Problem Statement:
“The onboarding process on the apps is too long and cluttered. It feels overwhelming to set everything up, and I just want to place my order quickly” - Ammara Khalil

Our Solution:
To address these issues, we redesigned the onboarding experience by introducing a simplified process with better visibility of text and intuitive icons, ensuring users can set up and start using the app quickly. Additionally, we integrated a map-based tracking system that provides real-time updates on the delivery’s location and an estimated waiting time, offering users greater transparency and control. Lastly, we prioritized showcasing restaurants and food places in the user’s nearest vicinity, ensuring faster delivery times and a more personalized dining experience. Together, these changes significantly improve usability and enhance the overall customer experience.
